Payment
We are a fee for service practice. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Payment in full is expected when services and treatment are rendered.
Insurance
As a courtesy to you, we will happily file most insurance claims electronically for you. Your insurance company will reimburse you. Insurance is a dental benefit usually provided by your employer, to assist you in covering the cost of some of your dental care.
Dental insurance benefits often do not meet all of an individual patient's needs. We base our treatments on the needs of each patient; sometimes those needs exceed the limits of dental benefits.
At your first visit, please have your current insurance information available with you. Feel free to download forms from our site.
